Cannot Race!

I'm getting this message when I try to go race:
Unexpected Error: Custom shader "accCopy_vs.fxo is missing

I saw the other thread and saw they solved the problem, I can't find the .dll files they are talking about!
I just upgraded to Windows 10 and am pretty much lost!

Verify Integrity of Game Files​

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
2. From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

dwrite.dll is part of custom shader patch. Either disable or reinstall custom shader patch from within AC Content Manager by going to
“Settings/Custom Shaders Patch”
