Can you pause to load pacnotes during countdown with RSRBR online?

Can you pause the game during the countdown at the start of the stage to load custom pacenotes when playing online? Or do you just have do it really quickly?

Yes you can, and yes you have to be really quick in doing so [ pausing the the game, that is] but once it is paused, you have enough time to load your pacenotes from the BTB directory. im not sure that it isnt frowned upon by the rallysim lawmakers [they can be very tempremental over at that forum, i have found LOL], but i have never been penalised for doing it.
