F1 2019 can someone please make a mod to reduce tyre wear for the player only in GP/Championship mode

Or show me how to do it. It seems, like all the other Codemasters F1 games, AI cars are unaffected by tyre wear. Mine wear out about 5 laps before the end of every stint. Around 40% reduction would be great, but if someone could show me how to do it myself I will happily do so.
