Can I buy DTM-E via Steam?

Can i buy DTM-E via Steam or just with my Steam wallet?

Guys I went to make a purchase tonight, first on the DTM web site because I want 13 & 14 season with MP when it comes out. Firstly this came across as a hard copy which would be delivered, I dont want that.

Then I went on RRE and had the option to buy redeem code which is S13 & 14 with MP or buy via Rpv points which is S13. I opted to buy redeem code and it brings me to another screen to buy 2900 Rvp points to get DTM E no mention if it is going to be S13 &14? It's confusing, so I didn't bother in the end. I know it cost 39.95euro but when it brings me to a screen and say 2900Rvp points. It makes no sense at all.

I think when it ask for shipping address and shipping method it made me think otherwise. I wouldn'tt of thought you need to enter such info for a redeem code, silly me

So I have to wait to get the box before getting the redeem code! I just want to pay for a redeem code and enter it to R3E if you can link me to that great.
