I know I can`t, but that`s a con for the sim. I mean, I really like R3E, but this is something they should work on.

my guess it that originaly game was more casual oriented and now it looks like they are bringing back some esential things

According to a RR developer, the game indicates only the "tyre core temperature".
Oh yes, it's very common the tyres being cutted to pieces to analyse the core temps... (the fanboys agree with that)
In resume, no "simulation" in there, just a generic approach, as usual.

@Emerson Meyer .. wasn`t that the same case with AC until lately? .. they are simulated, just not showing in game I think

We can complain about some faults regarding the AC tyre model (IMO, it's very good). However, in RR, the lack of tyre pressure control is, well, unacceptable... as far as they are trying to be considered a simulator.

With the content piling up, I wonder how long it will take to develop a tyre model... years? Probably.

Well they do have tyre model .. but it is weird that for some reason they are not letting us set the pressure, see surface temps, we used to not have options to set fuel amount or to see tyre wear .. but it seems like they are adding new things and options so lets see ....
