never driven these cars, but heard terrible rumors about them. Lets see if theyre true.

Some people don't like them, but I don't think it is because they are 'bad'. I think they are underrated because they are a street car and handle as such, rather than a race car. Going from all of the race content in GSCE to a street car with street tyres feels quite different.

I've read pretty convincing stuff from the guys at Reiza that the car handles pretty close to real life. It does take some time to get used to them, but once you do they are really fun. I am a bit rusty myself, haven't touched them in too long.

Here's a quote from Renato from another thread:

The real Camaro SS has cornering forces peaking slightly under 1G - most sources have it around .9g . That´s fairly within the standards of a sporty road car and would feel pretty darn solid in real life, but in a sim (where one can never quite perceive 150 km/h as 150 km/h) it might feel distinctively tank-like when coming from a full blown race car.

We had a fairly detailed spec sheet so not many question marks to the car physics in general. Tyres are never quite beyond any shadow of doubt, and the tyres in the Camaro like the other cars have received several updates along the way, but what we have now is certainly not far off:

Giveaway!! Whoever sets the fastest lap in the first race session wins a free month of RD premium to use for themselves or gift to a friend! Competition only valid if grid size is 10 or greater, so tag your friends!

Schedule
4-stroke GX390
Practice:
19:00 GMT
Quali 1: 19:10 GMT - 5 minutes, super-pole (one out lap, one hot lap, one in lap).
Warmup 1: 19:15 GMT - 3 minutes

Race: 19:20 GMT - 10 minutes each.
Note: I will set the server to 4 race sessions. I believe this makes reverse grid for race 2, then the top so many go to a third round of less time, and then the top so many for the fourth round, again less time. It might work, it might not, we'll see what happens and have fun anyway. Then I can know for sure for future events.

RENTAL KARTS
We can repeat the process in the Rental Karts. I estimate the start time for the second round quali at 20:00 GMT.
