Had some time on my hands, so checked to see if any races were going on and jump on for this. Had fun while it lasted.:laugh2: Came in for my first Pit Stop and I guess by the chat there is a auto pit bug. Car would go in the box at an angle, do a quarter turn then nothing. after awhile it let me go and I pitted again but the same happen, so I left. Oh well, 'till next time!

Had a good race
My last two at Rouen and Donnington were pretty poor
Blew enginge at Rouen by downshifted too quick on first lap of race
and crashed out at Donnie in second race
Qualy went fairy well with a 1:14.8 0.3 off my PB
Mainly was a Incident free race
but I seem to have have tyre trouble earlier than others.
although I spent some time on setup.
Message to self ( need to word harder on race setups)
Was running 9th with pressure from Michael Herrman until I let him past
Pitted for tyres and fuel after 42 mins
After rejoining and others pitting was back in 9th
but Yves and Michael were closing fast so eventually had to give in and let them pass
and finished 11th.
Thanks to Simon for setting it up.
On a personal note I'm amazed I managed 80mins without a major mistake.
As this was a trial race I was amazed at how well every driver behaved , a very clean race .Thanks to all

nod - we should start adding a warning to all mosport based events: AUTO PIT NO WORKO!

anyways... for me, have never been a fan of this motor... but around here i was growing to like it a lot... shame there weren't more people floating around my end of the grid... inevitable wall-munch ending.... thx yves!

I made it to the end of an Endurance event... hoorah. I got on the podium... double hoorah... well, maybe not. I was the last finisher and a lap down... lol.

It was good though, good start got me a position before turn one. Held 3rd till the first pitstop. Then I just saw Yves get smaller n smaller... lol. I was consistant but consistantly 2 secs slow, does little to keep you in the race.. lol.

Great event, thanks Yves and RD.
Grats to Gary for yet another win, aren't you getting bored with this yet?, don't you want to let someone else do it?, just once?... lol. And grats to Yves, for his 2nd.

Have a great evening gents.

did some praccy befor the event
qualy it self i messed up big time but still could settle for a 2nd spot behind gary

Race*
countered garys start kung fu with start karate and was in lead by the time we reached turne 1 ;D
anyways a lap later he got me and from then he was pulling away by 2 secs a lap
while i was doing 1.5 secs on 3rd
then ihad my first stop all went well and on the road again but from now i had problems with the camaro till the point where i smashed it out in the 2nd last turn
lucky me i was thinking pit is near as i had a flat one
they filled up and changed 3 tyers the 1 who was in need to change they let on o.O
no beer for one month and no cookies anymore for my crew pfffft

I was my usual way off the good Camaro pace until i was advised to try Michaels setup,it totally transformed the car for me in to a very enjoyable stable driving machine!!,too much kung fu wheelspin at the start was beaten by smoother launching karate this time....
I ended up settling into "The Zone"?? i think they call it,like auto pilot, really enjoyed the car and track, enjoyed making perfect pit stops for a change, generally really enjoyed driving the MH tuned Camaro!!!.
Thanks Yves for letting me in without paying again ;p
Cheers all who stayed and thanks RD :good:

Notes:

Important: Please pay special attention to Racedepartment's Golden Rule: If you hit another driver and disadvantage him, we expect you stop and let the other driver regain his position on you. If this costs you many places (eg first few laps) then consider this a penalty for your driving infringement. Doing this shows respect to your fellow drivers and will encourage drivers to be more careful. Please use some care when letting the other driver regain position, do not immediately stop your car on the driving line where it can cause further accidents. Not following this rule will result in your membership of the racing club being terminated at once!

Maybe you should post something conspicouous in the Racing Club Team Forum for us organisers. Or better still, maybe add something to the Download info (if it is not already there).
Or should we not use this track until a fix is made?

nah, it's fine with manual pit - and so lovely!
i'll post something in the team section to remind bods....
