Guys, here is my CAD render of the generic Chinese handbrake assemblies commonly found on Amazon, Ebay etc. The solidworks files can be downloaded direct from the site below. I may convert them to .STL files later if this is useful

Hi all, I have added an improved profile upper handle for the handbrake assembly (correct within 0.5mm on profile) plus three types of 3d printable handle covers. These covers will need to be modified by either splitting into halves for standard or rigid resin printers of with a slit for flexible resin printing.

I have also put in the .stl files for both the Ferrari and Lotus emblemed steering wheel boss covers with a 70mm PCD bolt pattern

Maybe this type of thing is useful if you are doing PLA lost casting with aluminum, and I've actually considered getting a aluminum kiln to do this very sort of thing. However I would only do that for things I designed myself that didn't already exist and were a labor of love for my rig.

For a handbrake I would have trouble justifying all the time and effort when there are a number of good hand brakes on the market that are priced reasonably.
