Building a Mod

I was wondering if there were any tutorials out there for building a mod. If so could you please post a link?

Are you talking about actually modeling a car?

No, I mean building a car pack. For instance if I wanted to build a mod, for myself, of the Pirelli World Challenge, which is a mixed class racing series. I want to use car models form various mods out there to build it. No sense reinventing the wheel...

Thats a matter of just collecting all the cars together and going into their .car files and assigning them classes with the new .rfm that i would suppose your making.
