Hey guys!
I've just purchased and downloaded the Pro version for the first time, and I'n new o all of this. I'm on Windows 10 and the app that comes with the download 'CreateHardwareID' isn't able to be run, so I can't go forth with getting my license. Anybody able to throw me a rope and give me a hand here?

It's been a while since I did this, but try running HID instead, then on the website you can select the text file it creates.

And make sure your antivirus has an exception for 'CreateHardwareID.exe' and that you run it as administrator.

I always received my license without problem.

When uploading the text file be sure that it has NO extention. So the name should read: HardwareId.v1.0.0.1 . So no HardwareId.v1.0.0.1.txt

The only way we can help is if you post screen shots of what you have done and the files involved. Otherwise we can only guess.

click on "CreateHardwareId.exe" and a new "HardwareId.v1.0.0.1" file will be created.
