The assignment restarts after 20 drivers, so the 21st sign up will get #1, 22nd #2, 23rd #8 etc.

Time for a forecast.
Analysis of preliminary testing gives a strong indicator of fun in this coming race.
We can expect this period of fun to start building up as night falls and continue for two to three hours before finally dissipating.
Early predictions also estimate between eighteen and twenty two people may be affected.
These people are strongly advised to wear helmets at all times to keep melty tire crumbles out of their hair.
