Pretty sure its already done for F1 2020 and asset are compatible, just about to fit it in the F1 2021 erp

there is no complete my team BMW Sauber F1 Team there is only the paintwork and the driver's suit with gloves and cap

Not sure because I haven't tried it, but I think you could use the paintwork and driver suits etc from f1 2020 and then for the pitcrew, use what the guy on the Project 2022 BMW Sauber mod made for the pitcrew and garage crew, etc.
