Thank you for your efforts, but it looks like you've used the wrong DDS format. You have to use DXT5 with an alpha channel.
Also you need to apply the albedo settings to the skins. You can find information on these things here:

For some reason, Timo Glock isn't appearing in my game. I know I installed it correctly, the files are in the right place, but that one isn't showing up.

Great looking pack but when I drop the downloaded files into the folder then select them in game, it seems the skins layers aren’t working right. For example in the pic, it should be completely yellow? However black bits are showing through…any idea where this may be going wrong?
