No, we always start the session at 1800 GMT.
Which is 2000 CEST, and 1900 CET.
So the first race will be at 1945 CET.

For example

.http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/bmw-m1-procar-bathurst-thursday-1st-october-2015.111489/ in this event we start at 18:00 GMT before time change so for me is 20:00 CET.Now we have change time from 3:00 to 2:00 CET and now we have only GMT +1 so race/practice starts on 19:00 CET.

We're actually in complete agreement.

The thing is that CET doesn't change (none of the time-zones do), so saying that we change from 0300 CET to 0200 CET only confuses matters.

What happens is that Europe changed from CEST to CET.
End result is the same though, practice will start at 1800 GMT which is 1900 CET.

@Phil Davies, @Keith Joyce, guys this track is truly horrendous, would you object if I change us to Salzburgring, as I think the Procars will be much more fun around there.

Sachensring is fun.....Though admittedly one of the more challenging tracks I've yet seen in R3E.
