There were issues for the Nvidia users, whom's VGA didn't support DX 10.2 or something. I guess the 0.1.3 was to fix that, for a little while (as the game still works in DX10.1 mode). I also have 0.1.2

Where are you checking to see what version you are on? Only place I see a version is in the changelog and I am on .1.2

Right click assetto corsa's .exe-start file and look at the properties.

Also acs.exe cant be stopped because it is not responding.. only pc restart helps because even steam cant get closed..
