F1 2014 Best Place To Buy TX Wheel?

Hey guys just recieved my tax refund so its time to purchase a wheel for the one. But I want to get it from somewhere where I can return if defective..read sum post bout it being dead out of box..but since its either the tx or mad catz .looks like the only option.thanks
