Cars Best place for road car mods?

So I know where to go for race car mods...RSS, URD, VRC etc. But where is the best for road cars?

I have found a couple of Porsche 992 mods that, when I was asking for help about them, was told that they are trash and I shouldn't bother with crappy mods...so where do I go? Where is the best place to follow and wait for a good 992 road car mod and others....and places I can request mods?

There are just way too many cars out there to have a business like RSS VRC etc. around them. Racing cars you can sorta go "the best F1 car of the year" but if you ask what 1 road car each year they should make, you'd get literally hundreds of different responses.
