Best laptime and driver stats not updating

I a new to simracing and Race Department so I don't know if this is the right place to ask this questions but I have a problem with acc.
My laptimes are not updating, I just bested my times on Monza and Nurburgring but the game still is showing my old laptimes.
If i try to open my driver stats it is stuck on loading. In the past I have been able to see my stats but since a few days not anymore.

Does anyone has the same problem and does anyone has a fix for this?

Stats and ratings are all server based. If server has an issue, nothing is updated or viewable. You're not alone and it's not an issue on your side.

I think they should need to find another solution for that .... if everything is on the same server at their side, I'm not astonished at all that there are too many connections and traffic at some moments .... resulting in ... server issues, disconnections and server lists not appearing in some very busy hours..... what's happening more and more regularly.

my stats(races finished,wins,podium,laptimes)not updating since april.
same issue for a lot of drivers,hoping it will be solved
