Physics Ballast in Setup menus

I am trying to create the physics for a Touring Car in a series that uses Success Ballast. I'd like to be able to add ballast to the car in offline Practice sessions, and be able to adjust it between runs.

I have tried in setup.ini to try and change the Mass of the car, for example, but nothing yet works.

Does anybody have any ideas as to why this didn't work, or what else I can do to add this?
 
You don't still have the data.acd in the car folder, do you?

(It seems like a stupid question, but anyone who's done physics modding will tell you it's not.) :roflmao:
 
Nope, that's gone, other changes I've made in the setup and car files are shown in game. This is a new setup change that I haven't seen exist in the past, so that's why I'm asking the question to see if anybody has an idea.
