Automatic Track Converter-OK to race on RD?

@grumbel 's little program works lovely with tracks, giving us a far wider scope of tracks to race on. Is it ok just to convert to GSC and race? Or do we need permission from the creator before we do?

What you do in your own homes is up to you guys,
Whether we race them on RD is down to the staff member in charge of the club
If the modder/maker of the original track gets in touch with us and requests us not to use it we wont.
its that simple.
Example:
The ORSM guys have contacted us and asked us not to use there tracks in GSC and therefore we wont.

Its up to you guys and your own morals if you want to ask for permission before you convert and then post it on RD
