Auto Club Revolution

Eutechnyx is currently working hard to develop an exciting free to play MMO racing game called Auto Club Revolution that will be released for PC.

The developers need your help in deciding your favorite content and therefore have opened a poll where you can vote for your favorite tracks and cars! They will be giving away Guaranteed Beta access and a chance to win a free Eutechnyx T-Shirt to all those who submit a vote!

The new Auto Club Revolution game, which will be free-to-play supported by micro-transactions, will have real life cars in the game and allow players to not just race vehicles but also discuss car history and other related matters.

It appears it is being develped by Eutechnyx (the guys behind Ferrari Challenge and the Supercar Challenge titles).

Can't knock what I've seen/read so far, as it shows some promise, but whether they can follow through with a decent game is another question.

Looks like it will be run in the browser and be free at that, so can't all be bad, lol.

Just watched their website again (http://www.autoclubrevolution.com/), there's a Bugatti Veyron you can watch from different angles!

Looks nice!
BTW who voted for content gets a beta key soon, can't wait to get into testing it. (well hopefully I'll be able to do on my rusty old PC

Eutechnyx just released the first batch of screenshots for their upcoming community race game Auto Club Revolution for PC. Besides the impressive first set of screenshots that you can find below they also pointed out that the registration for the beta test is now open.

ACR features:

Own, customise and upgrade real cars
Online multiplayer racing
Single player challenges and game modes
Join Auto Clubs for events and rewards

Yes, it was announced quite some time back as a free to play 'browser based' MMO racing game.

Auto Club Revolution will feature a range of real world tracks that will be announced soon. We've gone to enormous lengths to make sure that our real world tracks are accurately recreated, including sending our track team on detailed reference trips. To deliver on our vision of bringing console-quality racing to free-to-play online gaming, our tracks have to be the very best, and we're working hard to make sure that they are! We are also building tracks that we have designed ourselves so that we can offer a really varied range of experiences and types of racing.

Wow that game looks fabolous, i hope it has the "Fun" Factor like Project Torque did, Buying Car's .. playing Capture the flags, doing real races with Assists off or on, and not to mention Thunder Alley(Nascar)

By " Console Quality " they mean it's a high quality web browser game, not like your average looking web game that appear day after day. They mean it's highly polished, they don't mean the physics, confirmed by one of the devs
