brief summary: since teams are mainly located in GB, Silverstone seems a likely second venue with more European based ghost races to follow, however many European countries have an all-out ban on any major gathering of people in place until end of August. The FIA has changed some rules, making it easier to react more flexible in any situation that might come up over the summer, compulsory lockdown for the teams and motor suppliers has been stretched to give them more safety and Liberty Media has promised to dole out some money for the teams in advance of any races being held if they need it.

My personal take: They speak of 2,000 people needed to pull off a race, this is not going to work in any country in Europe this year. Rather pessimistic about all of this.
