Hi I extracted it in the rfactor 2 root directory but I do not see the car in the car's list.

Maybe you have another skin with the same driver name, common problem. Look for the name Andrew Howard (driver of the real-life car and driver of the in-game car) and see if you already have a skin with him as a driver. He should appear in Beechdean skins as I believe he is the team owner. You can check if you extracted it correctly, go and manually find the folder in case it might be your mistake. Unfortunately rF2 is a very problematic sim and stuff rarely works, skins can stop working after every update of the car they are made for, it's very complicated. Anyways, try what I told you and if still doesn't work, then I don't think I can help you.
