Hi,this method works for the substitution of liveries or textures .... but.... the creation of complete mod whith sound, physics and animations ... is much more more complex ....
Probably when will be created tutorial step by step .. maybe users will start to develop new content ..

Its possible to replace the models, the 3D cars and tracks,
replace the audio banks, or alter the textures,
but for example if you replaced a car, would only work if you extracted a Kunos car,
and made your car with all 3d parts 100% exact and named 100% exactly the same,
so inside the files the scripts it understands what is there,
also you would have to place the car exactly where the Kunos car is for the steering wheel mm correct,
but its impossible to open the scripted files,
so you cant alter physics settings and values and stuff, so to me a pointlless excessive unless some genius can open them best off not wasting your time with it,
there is other videos and crap showing how to replace the 3d models, patch the .pak, its UE4 not Nasa.
