Indeed. assign a pit request button. It show you your pit spot.

Be careful with the pit limit speed. It's 100km/h until the "exit" of the pit-lane (T1).

Guys it looks like I have V1.5 of the Ferrari installed. (which is the current version). The mod wants V1.0 (two versions ago).
I deleted 1.5 but It wont seem to install 1.0 from the server. ASR only have V1.5 on their site (as does RD).
Is there anywhere else I can download?

I just noticed that in the Mclaren you can only load 54 litres of fuel. 60 mins will be appr 95 litres. You also cant pit for fuel.
Better get a setup sorted for the Ferrari!!!!!!

EDIT:
I think it might be very nice to get the McLaren fuel capacity changed if at all possible as the V1.0 Ferrari (from Sept) is not as nice to drive as the McLaren. Its appr 5 sec lap slower and a bit of a battle.

@David O'Reilly oh dear, I'm awfully sorry about this. I completely forgot to check the version of the Ferrari being used - I will update it to v1.5 momentarily. Following this update the capacity for the Ferrari (as far as I can tell) will be the same as that of the McLaren. Also, unless my understanding of the parameters is completely wrong (it's difficult to be certain without testing since the documentation is so poor), the maximum fuel capacity of both should be 70L according to this:

FuelRange=(7.432432,0.675676, 70)
FuelSetting=189

(Maybe @Dennis, @Frederic Schornstein or @Gijs van Elderen could shed some light on this ).

Regardless, I find this quite strange - you would think that the tank is set to be at least been big enough for the duration of a typical race (~90 minutes) if refuelling wasn't allowed. Either that, or if refuelling was allowed then it would be enabled.

Based on the fact that both cars now use the same values I can do one of two things:

1. Change the race format - two 30 minute races, with a full reverse grid for the second race
2. Enable refuelling for both cars

What do you think would be the best option? Given that the race is tomorrow the first option would certainly be the easiest. It might be possible to sort out an update in time, but I wouldn't be able to work on it until I get home this evening.

IMPORTANT

The server has been started up again with v1.5 of the Ferrari (this can be downloaded via GetMod), and with the race session set to 30 minutes (for the moment, given the size of the fuel tanks on both cars and the inability to refuel).

As far as I know this setting is not documented, but from trying out different values I think I figured out the formula:

For FuelRange=(x,y,z) the fuel tank size is: z*y+x

So in the case of FuelRange=(7.432432,0.675676, 70) it's 70*0.67+7.4=54

Edit: FuelSetting describes the default amount of fuel. So a value of 189 does not make much sense - parts of the HDV where probably copied from a different car.

HAHA! Damn, I spent ages trying to determine whether or not there was a formula for calculating the maximum size of the tank. I just couldn't work it out; I got as far as multiplying z and y, but didn't do anything with x. Also, I wasn't sure if each of the values represented something like the minimum amount, step size and maximum amount - clearly I was wrong! Though I know for certain that the 3rd parameter is the maximum size of the tank / amount of fuel (assuming that the 1st and 2nd parameters are both set as 1.0).

Anyway, thanks for that Dennis, that makes much more sense. Though it makes me wonder what x and y represent; y may simply be the scale factor for the tank, and x potentially the value for other fuel in the system, however these are just wild guesses.
