I had exactly 1131 vrp in my account, was expecting the pack to be 3000ish vrp, was hoping to buy a couple of cars and a single track... The whole pack for 1101 vrp? I feel like i stole something.

Works for me, I also bought all that stuff back when it was 49% off of everything. At the time I only had 2 tracks and a couple cars, so I went a little hog wild on the sale and bought almost everything. So I think I made out like a bandit. But, its no wonder why I stopped getting free vRP though....I think I paid full retail for only 1 track and 2 cars.
