Are Championship races always with a rolling (formation) start ?

Under Options > Rules I have set Start to Standing. When I do a Single Race, this works and I have a standing start. But in Championship mode it does not. I always have a rolling start, that is a short formation riding and then a green flag.
Is this normal ? In other words, are Championship races always with this type of start ? Or do I have to change something else in the settings, to get a standing start if wanted ?
(I may be wrong, but I thought that when I started GSC2013 a few weeks ago, I could do a standing start in Championship).

create the championship
close the game
go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Game Stock Car Extreme 2013\UserData\Your Name

click on reizaXX.cch (each car)
search for

[CAREERSEASON]
RACECOND_formation= change to 0 (zero)
SAVE

VOILÁ! standing starts!
