Anyone using Xinput plus encountered this issue?

I was using Xinput plus to have FFB work normally with my Xinput controllers. However about a year ago RBR only shows black or white screen after launch. I suspect it is related to windows update. It runs ok according to task manager, but doesn't response to any input. I tried every solution I could think of including installing directx, ffb driver for xinput, changed ngp versions, reinstall vanilla etc... Everything except ffb works fine when directinput is disabled.
