Any thoughts on new line of Rseat rigs? P1, B1, C1 and G1

currently have an N1 which is decent enough, but was contemplating going to an 8020 rig to add in flight controls. Seems like the new rseat B1 supports dual purpose sims. Anyone order one yet and have any first hand experience with them?

I might be a little late but I just posted my review of the B1 here. The rig is very well made and excellent for sim racing. I don't have flight accessories, but the chassis seems like it would work great for those as well. I chose the B1 over an 80/20 rig because I liked the fit/finish/implementation better and because the final price ended up being lower. RSEAT had all the accessories I wanted too since I didn't really care about things like a headphone hanger or cup holder. You really can't go wrong with either an 80/20 or RSEAT B1. I would not hesitate to recommend the RSEAT B1 though.

Hi,
I had the RS1 model since 2015 and no problem at all. So, I ordered twice in 2021 for their new P1.

Each time, the products arrived damaged (deep scratches, distortions).
The damage is below the cellophane which is discovered after unpacking. So it comes from the factory.
The first time, it tooks 6 weeks and several reminders to receive a replacement part.
Only one of the two damaged pieces was sent. I gave up as it was a deep scratch but not visible from the outside of the RIG.

The second time, it tooks 10 days to offer me to send back the part at my expense. So I had already paid 24 euros for shipping and it is still not enough, I must pay again to send it back and then reorder it ?
Obviously given the responsiveness of the support, this would be a month before the process is completed.
So, I can't recommend their product anymore.
