Any ideas to mount T500rs on table?

My original clamp seemed to grind the thread and didnt tighten any more since i place and remove it from my pc desk quite often, i asked TM to send another one which they did and now the same problem is happening again so i feel it could be the base plate which is threaded.

Any ideas how to mount it to a desk but also make it removable? I haven't simmed in over a month and its killing me to get back on the virtual track again.

Any ideas?

Hard mount it to some wood, and then clamp that to your desk? G clamps should do it.

hmm, I could do that, anything with a bit cleaner look than using those g clamps?

I went from desk mount to WheelStand Pro for my T500RS, and it was the best thing I ever did.
