Alpine IndyCar – Christian Lundgaard #45 [RSS Formula Americas 2020 ] - A fictional Alpine IndyCar livery for Christian Lundgaard's IndyCar debut this weekend.

Christian Lundgaard is going to get his first IndyCar outing this upcoming weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Lundgaard will be driving the #45 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing entry.

Here's a fictional livery for what that car could look like if Alpine entered as the primary sponsor. Just a bit of fun, and obviously with a Honda engine, which is somewhat weird, but whatever.
