It means that you have 15 mins in total
Some guys find it unrealistic that the quali ends abruptly at 00:00, so think of it as a 13 min session with 2 mins overtime in which you can complete your lap.

Tremendous fights all over the grid. Grats to Mitja who stuck pressured Stelios for 18 laps! Awesome watch! Great job @Geof recovering to 5th after a forced pit on lap 2!
