Ai are really vunerable on first lap?

I did a few races and was surprised how many places i can get from last in the first lap. I tried the mini and stock cars, and in one trial i got from last to 6th before the first lap. this is AI 100 and aggression 70.
this is driving cleanly to, they just leave gaps everywhere.
Any tweaks to sort this?

For the slow AI issue you can always just make a personal rule for yourself not to pass on the first lap. You're only playing for fun anyways. Most sims seem to struggle with first lap AI performance - either they're too slow or they're too aggressive and run you off the road.

Also, set your damage at 100%, turn up the AI aggression, and turn off any clutch/traction/brake aids. i.e anything that makes it more difficult and forces you to think twice about making risky moves

atm the moment im using AI 100 Agression on 70 damage 100
only auto clutch..

How about the warping of AI?

warping: collision object and feelers quality/density, but its a bit complicated. a job suited for reiza devs
