Activation renewal request...the waiting game

Anyone know how long it normally takes for someone at ISI to respond to an activation renewal request, been 2 days and no response so far, feels like 2 weeks when your wanting to try the new updated skippy

yeah, i figured there'd be no reply over the weekend which is a killer, but might of been nice if they could of replied during friday

Happy days, just got a reply from ISI, looks like they work over the weekend, now to go and fire up that skippy
