Assetto Corsa Competizione finally hits version one release tomorrow after a long and often exciting early access programme - who's excited?

Yes, finally that day is almost upon us when Kunos Simulazioni push the big green button and deploy the full 'V1' build of Assetto Corsa Competizione on Steam. Featuring the cars, teams and drivers of the 2018 Blancpain GT Series in all their glory, sim racers have been waiting with baited breath for this day to arrive - and its nearly here!

With a few new tracks in the form of Spa, Brands Hatch, Silverstone and Barcelona joining the title, and a wave of new cars too numerous to mention, what combination will you be taking out onto the circuit first?

Feels odd tho, when I make mods they get released as soon as I'm done - this thing has been sat cooking for a long time, almost forgot that I made it Gonna be strange seeing it out and about tomorrow.

Really looking forward to the V1 release, just hoping for a performance improvement in VR. I will be trying Spa with a selection of different cars like the AMG and Porsche.

Audi, AMG and Porsche with the Aston thrown in for good measure. Also excited for the special events....hopefully some new ones that take advantage of released content.

I think the only word I heard about it was a developer saying another developer used 60 cars (don't know the outcome) but unfortunately it's probably not going to be for me. I'm happy I can run 30 cars in this game now...

Wished they did something similar to rf2 though, where the ai runs on simpler physics (i think rf1 physics)

I think I'll take first Aston Martin Vantage V12 GT3 around Silverstone,
Then Porsche 911 (991) GT3-R around Spa-Francorchamps

Not an employee, just commissioned a few models.
And yeah, i too find it hard to believe I could go from transit vans and lawn mowers to this

Congratulations Gary. Another excellent example why modding possibility of the games is important. People can show his/her talent with mods and maybe take a job from game company.

How much did you pay for Kunos to be able to do that ?

Looks absolutely great, and also it is the right Aston that still looks like Aston Martin.

What time is the release? I've taken a random day off work and cannot believe that this will drop when I'm off. i bet it will be at the end of the day to spoil things

Waiting for more info on the title regarding direction and additional content as a single class gt3 game doesn't really excite me at $60 cdn when I have several titles with Populated mp gt3 races I can jump in.
Current content looks very well done tho.

Honestly, the Unreal Engine 4 disappointed both in terms of graphics and in terms of performance. But in any case, waiting for tomorrow's release and I will test the new content.
