ACC career mode penalties

Hi Everyone,

I've been racing in the ACC career mode. The other day at Silverstone, I got through the first stint, and saved the game so I could pick up where I left off later. Later, when I came back, the race started where I left off but gave me a 10 second stop and go penalty. I served my penalty and kept going. I saved again after stint two. I got the same penalty when I loaded it back up.

Anyone know why this keeps happening? In the past, starting from the save point seems to cause odd things to happen.
