AC or ACC Leagues

Hey,
I really want to start racing competitively (I'm not that good, just get bored doing single player and am not improving at all), but I can't join ACC Competition servers (I posted separately about this), and the more open online races are just a crash fest and no fun at all.

There must be other competitive leagues that are run and I could sign up for? Can anyone recommend any and how to sign up and start racing?
