A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed

Hello,
i am new to this forum and straight away i've a question. I've the original game on disc. i've installed it on my new pc with windows 10 and get the following "A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed " can any one help me fix this so i can play this game again? Thanks in advance.

I don't have Win10 - still running XP - so I can only guess at the cause. My guess is Win10 isn't compatible with securom. I would apply the GTR2 1.1 patch then use the no cd exe and hopefully it will work.
