A good knob for the HE shifter?

I'm using the long handle. I would like something similar, long enough, but with a bit more of diameter and more grippy (I don't like that shiny plastic). Most of the models I've seen are made of aluminium, so I don't think they are grippy. I'd prefer something like alcantara or neoprene. Any idea?

That one is very good, it is grippy trust me, especially if your race with gloves.

If you own it, can you tell me its lenght, diameter and if the thread is compatible with the HE shaft? Thanks.

I have it but do not have anything to measure it with however the packaging says the dimensions are:

''18 x 8 x 11 cm''.

And it is a universal nob so it should be compatible with it yes
