I follow the instruction and I only am able to get a open folder and then nothing happens after that.

I highly doubt this is (still) needed for rFactor2 as it has 32 and 64-bit executable's of it's own.

SLI may reduce your performance in rF2, otherwise you can crank everything to max (but still set road reflection to low).

It's useless for rFactor 2, i guess almost everybody now runs the 64bit version., old rF1 would have some benefits, but leaving a huge track with many cars will often result in a instant desktop.
