The door number does not glow due to the size limit of glow.dds.

If you add this file (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cLc2powUsYjVJsnaLhfY6ZZwQ1-SgUTv) to the skin folder, the numberplate glow will disappear, enabling you to make the numplates original size. I also use it on the skin I'm working on:
