2019 Formula One Russian Grand Prix

That was pretty lousy from Ferrari. You've got to assert authority and just tell the whiny little kid (who I quite liked at Sauber) to quit bitching and moaning and just get on with f****g driving.

I believe Ferrari was over confident with their speed and thought Charles would fly pass the Mercedes after the safety car. . And that agreement for Charles and Vettel to swap places was a poor plan.

Ferrari have been the fastest car for a longer time than people think.. They just don't get their plans all together....

If you arrange a team tactic you have to obey it. Charles let Seb draft him and he left the inside open like they planned to secure the 1-2 track positions.

After that Seb was faster than Charles and Ferrari just let Charles talk a bit, Seb does what he has to do. Ferrari shows their authority with the undercut for Charles.

Charles talks a lot and it's the way he talks that makes him look like he's whining but he's just informing when/how/if Seb will let him past (like they planned before the race).

Edit: They also try to calm him by repeating "Keep you head down"
Ferrari was just super unlucky today. Losing a car which results in a VSC which screws the other car.

Ferrari got what they deserved with this ridiculous team order at the start of the race and after Vettel retired. The safety cars did cost Ferrari and Leclerc the race, but that is what Alonso calls... Karma!:D

And that was a lousy team tactic. It's a god damn race, of course the guy behind you is going to slip stream, although Seb overtook two brilliant drivers in front of him purely on merit; he was just too good off the starting line. It's exactly like people started mopping about Singapore completely ignoring the fact that the man punched in a monster of an outlap. Anyway..

The 'overtake on merit' part isn't quite right. Leclerc could defend and close the inside line, forcing Seb to the outside. But he didn't, he left the door open like planned.
If he did Vettel would have to go to the outside and would never be P1.

Ferrari decided to keep Vettel four laps longer to punish him for not respecting team orders and allow Leclerc to pass, Vettel hypothetically took his revenge by wrecking the car systems. Hypothetically...

Not the best circuit on the F1 calendar, that's for sure.

Ferrari need to be firmer with their drivers, had a feeling that Mercedes strategy with the tires was the better one and Mclaren again scoring decent points. Red Bull are not a quick as I thought that they would be in the last two races, Albon had another decent performance.

OK.

It´s Monza 2018 all over again. The fans are pushing Ferrari into very questionable team orders in an attempt to make it look fair for anyone, otherwise they´ll just get sh*t on again for favouring either driver. It just doesn´t work.

Leclerc had a power issue at the start, that's what explains the bad start.
Leclerc think that Ferrari did it intentionnaly that explains his comments all along the race.
