Welcome to the central discussion thread for the 2019 FIA Formula One Hungarian Grand Prix.
A bit of rain never hurt anyone did it? That's certainly the feeling of the fans at home who watched the last race in Germany, with thrill a minute excitement and unpredictability aplenty thanks to the unseasonably high levels of rain that fell over the German Grand Prix race weekend.
With the field heading off to what could be unpredictable conditions once again in Hungary, it will be difficult for the sport to put together another show like in Hockenheim, especially now current championship leader Lewis Hamilton appears to be back to near full fitness following a below par performance last time out.
If it stays dry and hot will the weather have an impact on Mercedes and their now well known cooling issues? Should rain fall, can Red Bull and Max Verstappen continue the Dutch party around this tight track? Will Vettel finally take some confidence from his strong showing in front of the home fans and shift up another gear this weekend?
Everyone pray for rain...
