Misc 2018 language mod [ITA, ENG, POR, GER] 1.4

Sorry guys, but I'm new to this particular game.
I don't know how to install this.....
There are 3 folders and two of them have the team/williams in there. It was a 11 mb download; did I do something wrong?
To be sure; I thought I'd ask first before installing as I'm not sure where (or how) to put it in.

You need to copy the files (not the folders) from my archive and then copy them in F1 2017 folder. The folders' name in my archive are the same in the F1 2017 folder.

Well, im new to all of this stuff of installing mods on F1 games, and I need to ask how i need to install this and if this mod in particular will enable driver transfersin following seasons of the game

Anche con l'ultimo aggiornamento della mod? Stai usando la versione 1.13 del gioco?
