Will this be open to all premium members as a first come first sign up basis or will the sept 12th pre qualifying determine who gets in or is it a server test?
Definitely interested!

Thanks to @Yves Larose:thumbsup: for making this.

Use this thread to ask your skinning questions, share pictures, and talk anything skin related.

Everyone who participated in Pre-Qualification can submit a skin.
Each car can have its own livery. If you cannot skin a car yourself we encourage you to find somebody who can. Use this thread to find one of those great artists that can help you out.

If you are creating a custom skin, please submit it to @Davy Vandevenne in PM. Please provide a download link; do not request an email address. If you do not have a skin, you will be provided with one, you should indicate your preference when signing up from those available.

RDTCC_S9_Skin Template

You may design the body of the vehicle but do not move the logo on the rear wing.
Windows must remain as they are, no design and color changes are allowed!
First you need to install the font that's needed for the windows.
If your not sending the windows they will be created by the staff to ensure they all use the same design. Also don't forget the Helmet!! Otherwise you'll get a default one.

Skins should be submitted by the end of September 19th 2015 (23:59 GMT). Any skins submitted after this date will not be included. A skin pack will be made available for download shortly after.

Default RD skins are also available: The designs are not exchangeable amongst the brands.

RDTCC General Information.jpg

After a three year hiatus the RD Touring Car Championship returns for a ninth season. A maximum of sixty top drivers fight for the championship in two competitive divisions, watched closely by a large online audience on Twitch TV and Youtube.

Are you a premium member and have a legit copy of Stock Car Extreme? Then we hope you accept the challenge to become the next Greger Huttu, Sander Hogendoorn, Attila Domjan, Roland Ehnström or Marcin Skrzypczak to name just few of the virtual racing stars that have won the RDTCC in recent years.

Introduction
Launched in 2006 the RDTCC is the leading international online touring car championship with the world’s best sim racers. Featuring all the Brazilian touring cars from Stock Car Extreme.

In September 2015 the prestigious series will return to RaceDepartment, after a three year hiatus, in the same style as it has started many years ago: massive, competitive, professional and featuring a variety of touring cars racing on six different circuits.

Liveries
A custom livery is what makes league racing special. You design your own car or let us create one for you. We have a dedicated thread for skinning outlines and questions. Please click this link to head over to the custom livery thread.

Pre-Qualification, Promotion, Relegation
Every sim racer likes to compete against opponents that have the same skill level RDTCC is always suitable for drivers of all levels so we can guarantee you the closest possible racing with drivers that match your skills.
.
There isn't a simple way to determine the driving level of an individual racer. The easiest way for us is to organize a massive pre-qualification.

The 30 fastest drivers will be placed in the first division. The drivers that finish 31 - 60 are placed in the second division. The outcome of the pre-qualification will determine the starting groups for the first race day at Cascavel. The rest of the drivers will be placed on the reserve list in finishing order.

Note: this years edition will feature a special super pole pre-qualification. You only get one shot to qualify yourself by completing an outlap, hotlap and an inlap back into the pit area.

The start grid of each event will be determined on the overall standings of the league. The first 30 drivers in the overall standings will automatically be placed in division 1 for the next race. Drivers that have the positions 31-60 will start in division 2.

Absence
This is one of the most important parts of the league briefing you need to understand! When you are qualified to race in RDTCC S9 we expect you to be present during all the races. This commitment shows respect to the league, your fellow drivers and the organization.

If you can't make it to the next race please report your absence in the dedicated thread, so we can inform a reserve driver to take over your slot.

Once you fail to show up, whether that's with a valid reason or not, you will be placed on the bottom of the reserve list for the next race and the first reserves will take over the vacant position.

General League Rules
All the general league rules are written down in a document for the 2015/16 league season. Click here to read it!

The Prize
We'll reveal the prize for this series soon, but it might be after the sign-up finishes. Foremost you sign-up because you want to race. A prize is just extra bonus.

The winner of this prize will be decided via a sweepstakes. All the drivers that complete the full season will be able to participate. The higher your finish position in the overall standings the more chances you will have to win at the final draw.

Got Questions?
A league may be overwhelming and we can imagine you are having a ton of questions. Please use the general discussion thread for all the questions you may have.
