Hi All!
IN2 Simracers will be running the 'Allan Simonsen Memorial Championship', following the three biggest endurance of the year, The 24-hours of Le Mans, the ADAC Zurich 24-hour race - Nurburgring and the Total 24-hours of Spa.
It would be run on a Sunday, with a kick off time of 12 noon (UTC +10 Australian Eastern Standard Time). The format for the event would be a 6 hour enduro, with the time simulated for 24-Hours on the following dates.
Le Mans 24hr - 14th/15th June - Sunday 22nd June
Nurburgring 24hr - 21st/22nd June - Sunday 6th July
Spa 24hr - 27th July - Sunday 27th July
The racing is open to all drivers, but you must register to race. Not registered, Not racing.
There will be a maximum of 2 drivers per vehicle. How you work out your driving strategy is completely up to your team, and there will be no limits on how long or little someone can race. The car you race in at Le Mans, will be the car your team uses for the entire series. No changes, or penalties will apply.
Qualifying will be done as follows. in the time leading up to the race, you and your co-driver will need to set a lap time on the server. These 2 laps times will be averaged out and this will be your starting position for the race. There are currently servers up for both day and night practise. Qualifying will be closed as of midnight the night before the race.
We will be using the FIA GT3 2010 with fuel patch mod. (All downloads available from our forum).

There will be trophies for the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall positions from the three races, as well as a Allan Simonsen memorial trophy given to the overall winners, which will be handed on from year to year with the winners name on it.
If you have any questions at all feel free to ask. Im not sure if you or your drivers speak english, it is not a requirement that you be on Team Speak during the race, but if the drivers could be on for the drivers briefing that would be great.
