Round Results & Standings

The FSR World Championship has a new race winner in Philipp Puschke, and the FSR Fantasy League also has a new round winner: it is Javier Álvarez, from Spain, who scored 94 points to take the Canadian round home. Despite the strong score, his Impressive SimRacing team did not feature race winner Puschke, with the round-winning lineup composed of Morgan Morand, Ivar Kalamees, Marcel van der Linden and Jernej Simoncic. Portuguese manager Pedro Rodrigues was 2nd with 92 points, while Eros Masciulli, from Italy, took 3rd with 80 points.

Thanks to his solid score, Javier Álvarez took the lead of the standings with 159 points, now heading the battle for the Thrustmaster Y-250C Gaming Headset. Monaco round-winner Franz Schnyder had another strong round in 4th place and is 2nd overall with 151 points. The other first-round winners, Mikko Puumalainen and Ondrej Kuncman, did not enjoy a good round, tied in 40th place, dropping to 8th on the standings. Pedro Rodrigues moved up to 3rd with 147 points.

Javier Álvarez joins Ondrej Kuncman and Franz Schnyder as a contender for the other Thrustmaster Y-250C Gaming Headset that will be drawn among all round winners at the end of the season.

Driver Results & Costs

He finished the final lap in 2nd place, but a timing glitch claimed Philipp Puschke the winner. The error was rectified and Bono Huis placed back at the top step of the podium. However, Huis received a post-race penalty for the controversial incidents with Morgan Morand, and Puschke's near victory became a race win, a couple of days later. Maiden race winner Philipp Puschke was the round's top scorer with 39 points, helped by improving 7 places on his grid slot. 2nd place finisher Ivar Kalamees was the 2nd top scorer with 28 points, while Marcel van der Linden improved 9 places from his 14th position in Qualifying to finish 5th and become the round's 3rd scorer with 26 points.

Drivers' market costs were updated. Marcel van der Linden (+600$), Philipp Puschke (+400$), Jernej Simoncic (+300$) and Eros Masciulli (+300$) were the drivers who climbed the costs ladder the most. Remember that the drivers that you already have on your team will continue to cost you what they did when you included them on your lineup.
