It was a real shame that his death wasn't even confirmed on the video walls or anything. The latest information was that he's in a serious condition and I learned from a friend that he passed away - but only because he heard it on Radio Le Mans.

I took a stroll and when I came back I noticed that the flags above the podium were replaced with a single Danish flag, at half mast. I understand that there's a legal investigation going on (which is perfectly normal if someone dies under any abnormal cirucmstances) but they could've said something along the lines of "Allan passed away and that's all we can say.". I mean, come on...I sat right at the start finish line and could something that didn't sound normal - so it was pretty clear that this was a hefty crash.
