Interesting sidepods, they really are excessively short and the bent shape is also unusual. I hope they don't get last year's cooling problems again. Nose looks kind of similar to Lotus.

I'd be surprised though if it was even shorter than last year's car, because that one was already the shortest on the grid

Looking at the side pods it has a similar look to the 2012 Ferrari car

Tbh before seeing this I thought Ferrari's side pods were fairly tight, shows how wrong I was . The leading edge of the sidepod inlet curvers forwards like Ferrari's does pretty similar there.

Edit: Okay, I think I found them now But it seems they are just blowing over the rear wing and don't really have an aerodynamic purpose...

I´m guessing over the wishbones judging by the heat reflective material on them.
And some of it probably hits the underside of the beam wing and i´m guessing they will fit a monkey seat to the car soon as well.
