Because he didn't get the fastest lap of the whole race.

Fastest Laps go to the person who got the fastest lap of the whole race, not just if they have had the fastest lap sometime during the race. Very basic stuff that you really should know.

FYI In Montreal Sebastian did a Blinder on the last lap of Montreal
and Fastest lap will be counted as the Quickest lap made by a Driver for the Entire race
Majority of Fastest lap of race will be Posted at the Dying Stages of the race at least when 12-20% of Race was remaining

Vettel got fast lap in Montreal because he pitted really late for super soft tyres and had a light fuel load, while everyone else was on softs or old super softs.

Everything is now completed and corrected to include the first 8 Rounds.

There has to be something wrong, at least for Alonso. Didn't checked the other drivers.

Alonso gained 7 places in Melbourne, 8 in Malaysia, none in China, 2 in Bahrain, none in Spain, 2 in Monaco, lost 2 in Canada and gained and 10 in Valencia.
Should be 27 if I'm right.
